Hand wraps or inner gloves: compare the space inside your glove

Conventional wraps are wound around the hand; inner gloves are pulled on. Their thickness and the way they are fitted differ, so changing from one to the other can change how your boxing gloves feel. Try the combination you intend to use rather than judging the glove on a bare hand.

Wrap length matters as well as colour. Longer wraps give more material to position, while the right choice still depends on hand size and your wrapping method. Ask your trainer to demonstrate a suitable technique and check the product’s listed length.

Wash and dry wraps according to their care instructions, and let equipment dry between sessions. Country designs and limited prints can be matched with gloves or apparel without changing the need to select a practical length.
