Groin guards

Select a groin guard with the correct support and fit

Compare the guard and its support system together. Some listings describe a guard, while others may include a supporter or a different combination. Check the contents and the manufacturer’s instructions before deciding which items you need.

The appropriate model depends on your discipline and your club’s rules. Use the product’s size information and check that it can be worn as instructed with your training clothing. Do not choose solely by the size marked on an unrelated item.

For a complete protection kit, review your club’s requirements for mouthguards, headguards and shin guards as well. If a listing leaves you unsure about what is included, contact our team with its model name before ordering.
