Find a rashguard that suits your no-gi kit
Choose between short and long sleeves according to your training preference and your club’s requirements. The sleeve length named in a product title is one detail; the model’s measurements and intended fit are equally useful when comparing options.
Rashguards are generally considered alongside grappling shorts or other approved no-gi clothing, but check the guidance for the actual product. Do not use a casual T-shirt’s size as a substitute for a fitted garment’s chart. Read the composition and care label before washing.
For competitions, confirm clothing and colour requirements with the organiser rather than assuming that any training top is accepted. If your class uses a gi, explore the kimono collection and ask which garments are worn underneath.
